Introduction

Leitura Manga respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notification of claimed copyright infringement to our designated agent. Your notification must include:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification to our designated agent. Your counter notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Leitura Manga may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Leitura Manga maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Leitura Manga may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Leitura Manga reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised DMCA Policy.
